"They gave me a good service for about 20 years, but when I left, they stole from me. So sad. How?........My bill was due around the 30th of every month, and I canceled on the 11th of August or September 2025. Guess what? As you know, they charge you ahead of the month, it means I used like 1/3 of the month. That's around US$233 out of US$700 that I used to pay for two cars. I have called and visited several times and always they will call me back. Over six months waiting for that call. I gave them 3 stars because they gave a good service for long time before the robbery. Geico is charging me half the price. Update: Camilo answered to me the same week that I posted (you can see the response below.) No calls, no emails, no nothing. Looks like is the philosophy of the owner is reflected in the business shameful practice. Hopefully, they need the money more than me, but I still need it."
